Since 1979, F&M Contractors Inc., a dependable commercial contractor , has successfully completed more than 2000 commercial concrete and asphalt projects. Most of our projects are located in Baltimore County, Harford County, and Howard County.

We have most recently completed a concrete replacement project for the Maryland School of the Blind , located in Baltimore City, off of Taylor Avenue. The project consisted of over 3,000 square feet of various commercial concrete sidewalks, and curb and gutter replacement.

Also, as a dependable commercial contractor, we have successfully completed concrete replacement projects at 5 different Pizza Hut of Maryland Inc. restaurants, in Baltimore County, Harford County and Howard County, Our most recent project was located at the Pizza Hut of Maryland in Columbia, MD on Old Annapolis Road. The project consisted of the installation of a new concrete handicap ramp and other various concrete sidewalk replacement.

Some of our other commercial concrete projects have been replacement concrete sidewalks for various T. Rowe Price campuses located in Baltimore County. Also, we have recently replaced a 500 square foot concrete dumpster pad for the Copelands of New Orleans restaurant, located in Columbia MD, on Little Patuxent Parkway. We are also a commercial contractor for Kimco Realty Corporation, Brodie Management and Wallace H. Campbell and Company.

Along with various concrete projects we have installed 3 new asphalt parking lots for The Gallagher Services Center, located in Timonium Maryland. Also for The Gallagher Services Center we have installed brick pavers for their greenhouse project. The greenhouse provides work for many of the residence of the Gallagher community. We worked with the Burkleigh Square Community Association, in Towson, helping to renovate the community park. Renovations included a new concrete basketball court and an asphalt walking path.
